Computer Science 

The U.S. Naval Academy invites applications for two positions within the Computer Science

Department: a tenure-track Assistant Professor position, and the position of Distinguished Visiting Professor of Computer Science.  Both positions would be expected to start in time for the Fall Semester of 2026.  Strong applications from all fields related to computer science and/or data science will be considered.  

The United States Naval Academy (USNA) is a four-year undergraduate institution with a mission to prepare midshipmen morally, mentally, and physically for commissioning as officers in the naval services.  The Computer Science Department offers rigorous, accredited majors in Computer Science and in Data Science, and features faculty with internationally recognized research programs.
